Spitfires and Oatcakes

Our team are passionate about bringing people together. And events are a fun way of celebrating the communities we live in and everything that is great about Stoke on Trent.

That’s why on June 30th, 2018, we’re bringing Spitfires and Oatcakes to Longton as part of the Mayors Community Weekend celebrations, supported by National Lottery funding and the West Midlands Combined Authority.

Watch the video from our previous events to find out what Spitfires and Oatcakes is all about.

Come along and share with us your memories of Stoke on Trent and Staffordshire and reminisce about growing up in the Potteries. We’ll be joined by special guests; Reminiscence Specialist, Kath Reynolds and Singer/Songwriter, Chloe Knibbs.
